Part 2: Editing in Camera Raw

Previous Image

I kept the original vending machine image in its unedited state to show how the scene appeared before any adjustments were made in Camera Raw. In this version, the lighting is uneven and slightly dim, and the colors of the snack packages appear less vibrant and defined. Because of this, the details in the machine and surrounding area are not as visually clear. Showing the image in this state helps illustrate the starting point of the edit and why adjustments to brightness, contrast, and color were needed to improve clarity and visual impact.

In the edited version, I adjusted the exposure, contrast, and color intensity in Camera Raw to make the vending machine appear brighter and more visually engaging. I increased the brightness and refined the highlights and shadows so the products inside the machine became clearer and more distinct, while also enhancing the color saturation to make the packaging stand out. I made these changes to create a more balanced and vivid image where the vending machine becomes the clear focal point and the overall scene feels sharper and more defined.
